YoYo Salmon & Salad
- 2 x Salmon Fillets
- Small Lettuce
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Radishes
- Small Cucumber
- Bunch of rocket salad
- One yellow pepper
- Small red onion
- Mild Yoyo Ginger Chilli Sauce
- Wash the salad ingredients and start with the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, radish and pepper. Add these to a bowl with the rocket salad to taste. Add some oil to a pan and add in the salmon. I like to get the salmon skin crispy so I fry first.
- Cook each side of the salmon then remove and place in some foil. Pour mild YoYo Laos Sauce over the salmon, wrap in the foil and transfer to the oven at 170-180 degrees for around 10 mins.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and remove the foil, transfer to a plate, add your salad and add on some more mild YoYo Laos Sauce as a further dressing and serve.
