Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

We ship orders to the shipping address as completed by the customer. Handing time can up up to 3 days (in the case of a bank holiday weekend). From dispatch, transit time is typically 48 hours up to 72 hours in more remote locations (UK). In the UK, total package weight of under 2kgs qualifies for the lowest shipping rates and higher rates apply for packages over 2kgs. Free UK shipping currently applies to any order over £29.00.

International shipping usually takes 7-10days. For Europe (where applicable) we ship via IOSS for orders under 150euro which means deliveries have the majority of duties paid*

*Since 1 July 2026, the EU has introduced a 3euro fee per product type to orders under 150euro. We are not currently able to collect this at the checkout, therefore customers are advised this is likely to be required prior to delivery.

*Since January 1 2026, Italy & Romania have introduced a local handling fee which may apply depending on how the parcel is processed by the carrier, we work to minimise surprises and will always aim to keep charges predictable.

*From 1 March 2026, France has introduced a temporary 2euro charge for small parcels under 150euro in value. Couriers may also charge additional fees to collect this tax. It is suggested these fees may be 8euro. 

For Canada, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong we ship with Royal Mail and orders are sent duty unpaid. Please expect some courier fees/import duty on delivery.
