Returns and Refunds

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your online food purchase. However, due to the nature of food products, certain items may not be returnable. 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been consumed or opened, unless defective or damaged.
  • Items that are part of a special offer or promotional sale. 

Eligible Returns:

  • Damaged or defective products: If your order arrives with damaged or defective items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at helllo@yoyolaossauce.co.uk to report the issue.
  2. Provide details about the problem, including photos of any damage or defect.
  3. We will guide you on how to return the item.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will assess the situation and process your refund or exchange accordingly. 

Refunds:

  • If a return is accepted, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. 

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are typically the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
  • This policy is subject to change without notice.
