Prawn salad

  • King prawns (8-10)
  • Small Lettuce
  • Celery
  • Radishes
  • Small Carrot
  • Small Cucumber
  • Bunch of rocket salad
  • Spring Onion
  • Small red onion
  • Small bunch of Corainder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mild Yoyo Laos Sauce
  1. Peel the king prawns and add to a pot of boiling water. The prawns won’t take long to cook, 1-2mins. Once cooked, remove them and place them to one side.
  2. Wash the vegetables and start with the cucumber and radish slicing these. Cut the carrot into strips and place in a bowl. Slice the spring onion, small red onion, celery and coriander and add to the salad. Mix together and add in Mild YoYo Laos Sauce, about ⅓ of a bottle. Add a little salt and pepper for seasoning.
  3. Put the king prawns in a large bowl and add the salad to the bowl. Add another table spoon of Mild YoYo Laos Sauce and add the rocket salad to taste.
Tips
You can add whatever salad you like for your preference and squid works well in addition to or instead of king prawns.
