Prawn salad
- King prawns (8-10)
- Small Lettuce
- Celery
- Radishes
- Small Carrot
- Small Cucumber
- Bunch of rocket salad
- Spring Onion
- Small red onion
- Small bunch of Corainder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mild Yoyo Laos Sauce
- Peel the king prawns and add to a pot of boiling water. The prawns won’t take long to cook, 1-2mins. Once cooked, remove them and place them to one side.
- Wash the vegetables and start with the cucumber and radish slicing these. Cut the carrot into strips and place in a bowl. Slice the spring onion, small red onion, celery and coriander and add to the salad. Mix together and add in Mild YoYo Laos Sauce, about ⅓ of a bottle. Add a little salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Put the king prawns in a large bowl and add the salad to the bowl. Add another table spoon of Mild YoYo Laos Sauce and add the rocket salad to taste.
