A whisky that doesn't play by the rules. Starting with a smooth 7-year-old blend, rest it in an ex-bourbon cask for natural caramel sweetness, then hit it with a proper zesty kick of lime. The result is bold, bright and completely its own thing.

Drink it on the rocks, or shake it into a whisky margarita, we won't judge, we'll just ask for a taste!

Novel Whisky was inspired by Laos. This was the first country the founder, Emma Owen, bought a whisky to add to her Grandfather's collection. When that collection was inherited by Emma she was inspired to create the Novel brand and create fabulous whisky inspired by her adventures.
