Lan Xang is the original name for Laos. It means one million elephants.

This sauce, which only our followers and visitors to markets will know about, is made in small batches, 20 bottles at a time and has been exclusive to markets and events only.

This is a fresh chilli sauce and should be consumed within 2 weeks ideally. In reality it never lasts that long...
